Do you teach beginners?
Yes! Every member starts as a beginner and we offer 4 classes a week tailored towards members that have either never trained Jiu-Jitsu before or are still very new.
Do I need to be in fit to join?
No, every person enters jiu-jitsu at a different level for fitness and our beginner sessions allow you to train at a pace you feel comfortable with.
How much does it cost?
We offer the most compeitive pricing for Jiu-Jitsu in Peterborough and we do not tie members into any long term contracts. Please visit our membership page for more information
What do I need?
During your 7 day free trial, you will need to dress in loose fitteded athletic clothing without zip and pockets. Once your trial is completed, you will need to purchase a Gi for Jiu-Jitsu sessions or a rashgaurd and shorts for No-Gi sessions. We have apparel which you can buy in the gym or alternatively you can shop online.
What age ranges do you teach?
Our classes are suitable for ages from 14+ without an upper limit.

WHAT IS JIU JITSU?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling martial art. There is no striking involved, so nobody is throwing punches or kicks at you.
Instead you learn to control an opponent using leverage, position and timing. A smaller person can control a much larger one through technique alone, which is exactly why it spread across the world.
It is also one of the best workouts you will find. Most people come for the self defence and stay because it is the only training they actually look forward to.
