No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
No-Gi grappling is a fast-paced and dynamic style of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that is practiced without the traditional gi . Instead of using fabric grips, control is established through body positioning, underhooks, overhooks, and pressure, making it highly applicable to real-world self defence. All classes are suitable for beginners.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is the fastest growing combat sport in the world. The classes combine striking and grappling from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu. It’s a great way to build fitness, boost confidence, and learn real self-defence skills.
